Which Cheezious Pizza Size Is the Best Value?

The short answer

For the Somewhat Local and Sooper flavours, the large pizza gives you the most pizza per rupee: about Rs 13.3 per square inch, against Rs 17.4 for a small. Counting by slices gives a different answer because a small slice is much smaller than a party slice. A small costs only Rs 165 a slice, the cheapest per slice, while a party slice costs Rs 238.

Price per slice and per square inch

Cheezious does not publish pizza diameters. We used the sizes that are standard for pizza chains in Pakistan (7, 10, 13 and 16 inches) and the slice counts below. If your branch's pizzas are a little bigger or smaller, the exact figures move, but the ranking does not change much.

Why per slice is misleading

A party pizza has three times the slices of a small, but about 5.3 times the pizza. Each party slice is therefore about 76% bigger than a small slice. Comparing by area is fairer, and by area the large costs 23% less than the small and 18% less than the regular.

Common questions when ordering

• Two regulars or one large? Two regulars (Rs 2,580) give 158 sq in and two flavours. One large (Rs 1,770) gives 133 sq in, so it costs Rs 810 less for 16% less pizza. Choose two regulars only if you want two flavours.
• Two larges or one party? Two larges (Rs 3,540) give 266 sq in, 32% more pizza than one party (201 sq in, Rs 2,860), for Rs 680 more. Per square inch the two larges are cheaper, and you get two flavours.
• Small or regular for one person? The small (4 slices) is enough for most people on its own. The Small Pizza Deal adds a drink for Rs 60.

Premium ranges

The table shows the price per square inch for each size of the dearer pizzas, and which size is the cheapest by area. The large is the best value by area in 3 of 4 ranges. The exception is Stuff Crust, where the party is cheapest.
